Ok, me and my friend are trying to play Socom:FTB on Ad-hoc. We both have the game, we switch on the WLAN switch and go to the Ad-Hoc feature, when one of us go to Host or Join a room my friends name won't show up on my game rooms and the same on his. What's going on?

Thats unusual. Why don't you just play via Infra and make your own game? Maybe your psps are either too far are close together, try again at different distances.

Neither of us have Wireless routers. Thanks for the advice though.

take a second and really think about what you just said there......
im assuming your both in the same room correct? ive had the same problem, try a full reset of your psps (hold power switch for 10 sec) then play the game when it loads after reset

I have already lost the instructions book for my psp (dont say, i know). Anyway, can anyone tell me step by step how to play head-to-head on the psp with a friend. We both have systems and have tried what I think is the right way (Multiplayer-ad hoc etc) but do seem to be able to see each other, or finish the process. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated,
