Rye Clifton E-mailed PSP Fanboy informing them of an extremely saddening event.
Pet owners take note: your furry best friends don’t give two tail shakes about how expensive your equipment is. PSP Fanboy reader Rye sent us a tale of woe about how a friend of his woke up one morning to discover his PSP had become his dog’s new favority chewtoy. From what we can tell from the damage, chances are Fido became jealous of the attention his master had been lavishing on his new plaything, and decided that the house needed one less wellspring of fun and entertainment. In addition, Rye says that Best Buy’s extended warranty doesn’t cover dog chewing. All we know for sure is someone’s getting neutered for this dog mauling (or should we say pwning) case.
That has to totally suck Rye and I feel for you mate. So for any of you with pets, take note that they may decide to take revenge on your PSP as opposed to the classic shoes.

Extended warranties are usually a waste of money anyway. If anything bad's going to happen, usually the original warranty will cover it. The only reason I'd get an extended warrenty is for stuff exactly like dog chewing, which it apparently doesn't cover >.<

All I can say is that it is freakin' unbelievable on what that dog did to the PSP. Where did you place the PSP anyways BEFORE that incident??

I own a 75 pound alaskan husky, and he eats everything. Like wooden ships. And he completely demolished a set os chairs. I think the psp would last him about 3 seconds.

That actually happend to me too, except it was my homework. It was a hand written rough draft of a 10 page essay, luckily my dog only ripped it up a little and didn't really eat it, I did have a tough time putting the pages together though.
