ColorWare, a company that custom paints your games console and other electronic goods, have extended their service to the Nintendo DS. If you send in your own DS it will cost around $129 for a basic job, up to around $180 for a full paint job that includes buttons and stuff. To color then end of the stylus as shown below costs $10.
