I checked the faq section there was nothing on my question there so here I am. The reason I'm asking is I've heard people are bricking from downgrading 3.80 m33+ so I would like a little insurance you know.

In answer to your title question, yes.

UPMS will let you use a single battery and memory stick as normal and as a Pandora's Battery.
