The folder is labeled PSP_GAME and I have a file called UMD_DATA.BIN
Can someone explain where each item goes or what to do next?
Edit: I also would like to know what to do with PSX isos.

I just downloaded Dynasty Warriors 2 iso.

Usually when you get a PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.BIN file it means that you've accidentally extracted the ISO file.

They need to be in EBOOT format, then copy them to "ms:\PSP\GAME\PS1GAME\".

Like adw888 said, you have extracted the files from the ISO. You do NOT need the files from the ISO. Just copy the ISO file onto your memory stick in the ISO folder.
Eg: E:\ISO\DynastyWarriors2.iso
As for PSX games, just follow what adw888 said.
