I just won a ebay auction for a 4GB memory stick. Well, I told one of my friends about it, and he said there are a lot of fakes out there. I'm worried, is it possible that the one he's sending me is a fake? If it is, I hope this guy dies a slow painful death

Anyway, what are the odds that this is fake? Are there a lot of fake ones for sell on ebay? If it IS fake, is there a way to get my money back?

well from what i hear most fakes from ebay are very good and dont break easily or die or whatever.. so i say u should be good

but there are some sick people that take the skin of of like 128mb sticks and put the front of a 4gb on it.

how much did u pay for it anyway?

I have 5-6 of the fake 4Gb ones and LOVE them! PLEASE DO A SEARCH BEFORE POSTING NEXT TIME!! THERE ARE AT LEAST 100 THREADS JUST LIKE THIS ONE!!!

most sandisk 4gb are real it should cost anywhere from $50-$100

I got mine for about 25 +shipping.

Man..I bought one off some dude I knew the other day ago, It loads extremely slow on my PSP, is it a fake?

Slow loading is generally caused from some fakes, unless you got a lower quality brand in general that could be it to. What brand is it?

I just got my memory stick today. I'm 99.9% sure it's real.

I got a fake one and it didn't work but the guy sent me a real 4gig so i was happy. i have friends and their fakes work 100% fine
