I'm new to the PSP world. Picked myself up a slim on Tuesday with the expressed intent of modifying it. I spend 2 hours a day on the train so I need something mentally stimulating to keep me from tearing the flesh from my face.

Soooooooo in order to mod this bastard I need the Pandora battery/memory stick combo. Problem is there are none around me and I don't want to buy them for $80 on ebay. So I saw this...

Which boasts of being able to start a PSP in service mode. First of all I want to know if anyone has tried them. I searched around the web and the forum and I don't see a lot. Second of all would this be enough for me to be able to mod my slim or is there some other stuff I'm missing?

you can get a new battery and mod your current one then use the gui to make the memory stick and use both. it might cost you a few bucks but it will PROLY work for you.
