Are we allowed to double post if nobody replies after a day or two?

Maybe you can follow your topic up by bumping it but not to the point of spamming.

From when i was admin i didnt really take much notice to when people did this. However, with most of the staff as long as you have a good reason its not much of an issue.

You can. But an example of when u dont double post is when u reply to something then 5 mins later u have extra info to add and u add another reply, when u should just edit the post.
