Not sure if I am goind this all right. New to it.
I downgraded my psp to 1.50. My UMD dumper worked okay.
Then after reading some stuff I upgraded to 3.51 m33.
Now UMD dumper not working. Do you have to roll back again, or is there something else.

Have you tried moving the UMD Dumper from "ms:\PSP\GAME\" to "ms:\PSP\GAME150\".
(you have to create the "GAME150" folder in "PSP" if it does not exist)

I created that folder and moved the files but nothing.
I will check to make sure that I moved the correctly.
I read another post which has me wondering, do I need a 1.50 addon for 3.51m33?

The 1.50 addon is only for 3.71 M33 (the first custom firmware for Slims as well as normal PSPs).
Which UMD Dumper are you using?
I had "New UMD Dumper v0.2" working fine on 3.52 M33.

i had the same problem, turned out it was my xmb. i went back to the origional xmb and it worked fine.
any way, if you upgrade to 3.52m33-4 it has a built in umd dumper, you just press home on the xmb menu. and change the useb thingo to umd. and go usb connect and copy the files over
