Do you think it's really worth it to have Linux on the PS3?
If you do, is it on a HD TV or a regular one?
What is the best version of Linux in your opinion?

Well i dont think its worth it as i already have a pc and will only be using my ps3 (when i get it) to play movies and games. Still it is a good idea but if i dont need it then i wouldnt bother

If you will use it, yeah. If not, no. I have my laptop so for me its a big no. Maybe one day but I'd much rather use it for gaming/movies then as a cpu.

Not really. The ps3 runs folding @ home without linux. I have it installed on my ps3 now...

Yup. Now you know. The ps3's computing power is ridiculous. If you look at the folding at home stats comparing all the computers vs the ps3 (which is a drastically lower number) the ps3s like tripled the total processing power even though there were a lot less of them.
