On Rockstar’s GTA:IV web site it has the 2nd Official Trailer "Looking for that special someone", to be released Today 28-6-2007.

It will probably be released later tomorrow. Since theyre in America its American time, so its not even the 28th yet. Its only 11:20 here and I assume it wont be until late morning to early afternoon tomorrow.
