[b][i][u]Ps2 Broken!

Firstly, my PS2 shows my memory cards inserted in its browser, but with any game I want to play it says no memory card inserted. Does anyone recognize this problem or is my ps2's life over? blink.gif

Assuming my PS2 is broken, I need a new console. Obviously I want a PS3 as it is the best next gen console although I do like the Wii it looks a fun little thing. A few qs:

Can the PS3 load ps2 memory cards so i can play my ps2 games with my saved data on it?

Do most PS2 games work on it nowadays?

And can I play games online using my wireless internet at home as the LAN with a crossover cable doesn't seem to work anymore.

Thanks

You need some sort of adapter, to transfer save files from ps2 mem card to the ps3 harddrive.

You should be able to

You need to buy the mem card adaptor. Its like $10.

Even if your PS2 could be saved if you've got the cash for the PS3 then buy it, it'll be worth every penny! Secondly as Nyght said the memcard adaptor only costs like $10 so just transfer your data and then BAM you'll be fine.

After I transferred my stuff I put the adaptor back in the box and returned it. I mean I would only ever need it use it once. I really wonder if they didnt think people would do that.

xD god Nyght talk about conspiracy, now that you said this suddenly stores aren't going to let anyone do anything but exchange the adaptor.
