Yeah it sounds like your drive went out. See if you can get microsoft to fix it, sometimes you get lucky like me and have the red ring of death fixed long after the warranty was up...lol.
If you ditch it, let me know I need it for parts and would buy it off you.

its most likely either the game is scratched (happens to me sometimes even if there is a little smudge on the disc) or since its one of the original the hd needs to be fixed so call up microsoft and ask them about it.

Yeah but if it gets flashed then i cant play live anymore because now they have a new update that knows that ths xbox is flashed and it will remember the number from the xbox and permantley make you not be able to play live with that xbox 360.

Definitely make sure its not just the one game. If you checked this already try to clean the inside of the case, might be dusty. If that all fails call up MS and see if they can do anything for you. If not then it looks like a new drive or 360 will have to come your way.

He sent it away to get fixed and it took 5 month to be returned

Mines has the same problem. Just ring up Microsoft they have to fix it if it broke within 3 years after purchase. If you've voided your warranty like me don't waste time sending it in for repair. Just get a new disc tray dude that sounds like the problem. Anyway good luck!!

Since MS just extended their warranties, I'd send that baby out to get fixed.
Way too many 360's have had problems....
