Me and my brother both have 3.40 OE PSPS, but only mine loads ISOs/CSO. Why is this? Does my PSP have certain files his apparently do not, if so, what are they?

did you both put the isos in the ISO folder in the ms?
maybe theres a difference in the configuration of the recovery mode.
if the isos don't play try, disabling the advance configurations and try again
if it still doesn't work revert the changes, and make sure you have 3.40oe.
If all fails you could always use an easy flasher of another firmware (doesn't matter if its under 3.40) and see if the isos work on that firmware.
thats all i could think of to help.
your welcome if it helped
sorry if it didn't.

The ISOs are in the ISO folders, I made sure there was NO difference in RECOVERY mode several times, all advanced configs are disabled. I'm going to install 3.10 onto his PSP and see if that fixes it.
