I love ipods, just not the phones, they look ugly from what i have seen, just stick to nokia's theyre the best.
im still using my 6230, and soon n95 yay.

iPods are played out. they are so 2 years ago and everyone has them now. But what i hate more than iPods are the dumb ass accessories u always see. Especially when the accessory costs more than the fucking iPod itself. lmao

Ipods are overrated. You can buy players cheaper for the same hd size, etc. Plus I hate the damn format that make you use if you want to use itunes. Thats why I dont. I want plain and dimple mp3's that all devices and players will recognize.

I just use the psp as my MP3 player. I was going to get both like two christmases ago

I use a Sony Walkman 20gb Mp3 player, equipped with mp4 player and rear 2.0 megapixel camera. It worked out at about £200 in pounds sterling (as i purchased it from the USA).

I have an 80gb iPod video and personally I wouldn't loose sleep if I didn't have it. (meaning that I agree it's far too overrated) But hey my grandparents got it for me as a birthday gift, so free is free. When I look at it I have to say all mp3/ipods are pretty much the same I don't see what the big fuss is. As long as it can hold 200+ songs and play music it's good to me.

So no one really likes it. Why the hell does it sell so much. It aint got anythin special bout it.

I hate the fact that it's just like any normal mp3 player. Why not use your cellphone instead, duh. A lot of cellphones now are capable of doing that.

i have had apple stuff in the past. a few macs and an apple II. but i couldnt bring myself to buy an ipod. it seems like something i would buy because i buy almost everything technical but i just couldnt pull the trigger on it. i hate itunes and i hate the ipod. i especially hate how they make you sync itunes and your iopd and it changes your songs and hides them to make them hard to get off the ipod. and songs you buy can only be put on that one ipod. what if your ipod hd blows up or it gets stolen or you lose it? or if your comp hd breaks and you have to install a new itunes it makes you format your ipod hd before you can sync it thats a joke. that may have just been my experience from my gfs ipod shuffle and i may have been doing something wrong, but either way i couldnt care less about the ipod. and im gonna laugh when people find out the iphone isnt all they make it out to be.

Yeh..i see what you mean with ''hate itunes''. If you read my post about my sony Walkman mp3 player, i have to use sonic stage to transfer my music- and every version is very buggy. The current version crashes every time you load it and you have to use the internal restore application.

lol same here wen i first got my ipod was well chuffed but the novelty wore off an i just got a 1gb stick for my fone an thats plenty for me, now i just use my ipod as a portable hard drive

the only reason i could think of why the ipod sells so much is because the touch interface that was inovative when it came out and the interface is easy to navigate through and its noob-proof. its design also helps it's sales but its not just one thing. now im not defending it, i still think it sucks but its the only way i can justify why its the most popular mp3 player around...for now. hopefully psp beats it.

i have nothing against iPods. if i could i would buy a sansa e280 but my mom would yell at me saying my ipods good enough. but i also own 2 macs so its easier for my iPod

my Psp and phone and my Conia mp3 plays all the music and a ipod mini, why would i waste my coney on it.

I have a video ipod that I bought and used twice, its a great piece of equipment but I just dont have a use for it. I always have my laptop on me or my psp so using the ipod is pointless, but I might use it this year at the lake more often.

Ive gone through 6 iPods
4 have gotten stolen
1 fell in some water and died
1 screen broke and the guy repairing it fucked it worse
He never did replace it

i love the red nano i think thats the best one yet

ipods cell for so much because they are really user simple. alot of people here are really computer savvy, but alot of people aren't so all they want to do is plug it in and whhhalala ipod syncs and you have your music.

I think Ipods are pretty pricey too, so i just bought myself a 4gig nano, At first it wasn't too special and i didn't know all the stuff it does, but now i love it. I don't think i would go anywhere without it.

I thought PSPs were better, but now i dont see them as cool as they used to be.
