i have a really dirty chipped screen and i dont know how to clean it

There's not much you can do for a chip in the screen, but for small scratches you can use Brasso (check your local grocery or hardware store) and a microfiber cloth. It works like a champ on both my PSP and my iPod. All of those annoying little scratches are gone.

Please take special care not to get the brasso in the cracks/crevices around the controls as it is a very mild abraisive, but could damage the controls if it gets inside.

Where could I get instructions on how to open it? cuz I dont wanna like, open it and acidently destroy it or somthing.

i would say to go and get a new screen cover for the whole top peace ... thats what i would do

i was about to open mine as well to clean all the dust, but i think i would make it worse.

is there such thing as a replacement kit for screens and casings? my casing got a little crack on the side when my kid dropped it...

I dislike the psp front design, because it collect to much grease, they should have gave it a rough surface like the DS, easy to clean and not to much oil.

use a cleanex with 2 or 4 drops of water.
that is waht i do to clean my psp.
