i currently have a psp running dark alex's custom firmware 3.10 OE-A and heard that firmware 3.03OE-C would be a better option

what does everyone reccomend and any1 know how i can downgrade my 3.10 OE-A to 3.03OE-C?

i dont think its a difference but people say 3.03 oe-c is better
i think u can downgrade from 3.03 oe-a or wait for the 3.11 downgrader

I think the only difference between 3.03 and 3.10 is that you can use custom icons on 3.03. It semi-bricks if you try to use them on 3.10.

every time i ask people tell me to upgrade to 3.03OE-C so im pretty sure you should pick 3.03OE-C

Anyways 3.03 OE-C is very stable and compatiable with (almost) EVERYTHING! 3.10 OE is very sketchy. You will be happy with 3.03OE-C especially with the customizations you can do with it!

OE-C is really good imo.
I've never had a problem with compatibility.

I suggest updating.

ive never used 3.10OE-A but i love 3.03OE-C and its fun customizing it and and stuff

This is the 100th time iv answered this question, just use 3.03oec.

Ive never used the other versions but now I use 3.03c and Ive heard a lot of people say thats its the best version avliable. So thats my reccomendation. stvnch knows his stuff if ya ask him

I was on 3.03oec now 3.40, only to play some games..

well i really don't see the point of still being on 3.03 oe-c because as you see in my signature you see my xmb and i'm at 3.40 oe-a.

i just downgraded from 3.50 and now i'm using 3.40oe-a and i have had no problems with it

Get the EZ installer and just run it that how i change from a 3.40oe-a back to 3.03oe-c......Plus 3.03oe-c can play more psx games than other firmware i try. The compressed games that i dowload doesnt work on 3.40oe-a!!!!!!!!!!

just wondering but i downloaded a iso game,innocent life -a futuristic harvest moon,and when I run it it starts the psp thing and then shuts of my psp.Is this because I'm on 3.40oe or does that not matter?

Should be anything to do with 3.40OE-A. Unless it was a bad install in which case you need to re-install it. If it's in CSO format, uncompress it to ISO and try again. If you don't have a UMD, enable NO-UMD. If nothing works, try another copy and if it still doesn't work, reflash 3.40OE-A.
