WEll i now have a PSP with 2.71 on it but i cant downgrade to 1.5. every time i try to rune the downgrader it fails..... Please help, i want to downgrade it so badly.

Upgrade to 3.03, then downgrade to 1.5

Only upgrade to 3.03 if you have a gta unpatched cuase if you dont you cant do the downgrade...unless you get it off ebya or from a gaming store or a bloackbuster or somehting
