Nobody really knows, but from the video he sounds russian.

watch there are gonna be some people who are gonna be like im not gonna play this game because he's russian or muslim. i cant relate to him. can u belive thats the reason why some people didnt play san andreas

i mean think about this. to all the people who cant relate to the main character of ur video game. why would u want to relate to a serial killer / drug lord / gang member ...etc... u never hear people saying they cant relate to kratos from god of war.

"The first trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV was released on March 29, 2007 at 22:00 UTC. At the time the trailer was released, Rockstar's servers for the trailer's official website became almost immediately overloaded.

The trailer is 1:03 in length, and it reveals that at least part of the game takes place in Liberty City, a fictionalised New York City. It features the arrival in America of an immigrant with an Eastern European accent. The character has a brief monologue: "Life is complicated; I killed people, smuggled people, sold people. i just noticed the statue of liberty is not holding a torch. she's holding some kind of drink.

theres funny signs too. Americas next top hooker. sprunk is back. the police cars say lcpd

also in one scene where all the people are walking one guy is missing his bottom half.

the peds are also smarter. one of them is adjusting there rear view mirror

Something tells me this might just be an April Fools.. but that's just my old cynical self. One of the building said "Get A Life" on it, as well as the other stuff well spotted by Mark. Even if it is, it still looks very freaking nice!

yeah there has to be new weaponry. give me a p90 or somethin. or give me the chainsaw gun from gears of war. or a tommy gun. and there should be an option for free aim.

I wouldn't go that far just yet. That clip shows very little of the game. I'm not doubting it, just saying we really need to see some more in game footage to see what the game will really be like.

I dont care if there is ANYTHING 'new' (weaponry or vehicles)
I love GTA games.
Even if they just made a game continuing on GTA:SA I'd buy it.
