My question is what the topic says.
Why isn't UMD Emulator v0.8c working for me?
I have a 1.00 psp, so I had to use SeiPSPTool05c to combine the two files, and make one, but... When I did the same to Fastloader v0.7, it worked just fine, except that I couldn't save or load at all...
Please help!
Thank you.

What do you mean by "work"
If you mean when you select the iso it wont boot and it just "exits". Its mounting the ISO image as the UMD disc. Go the the "UMD" icon under the game menu and thats where it is.
If by not working you mean it wont boot, its a compatibility issue.

Ok, now I've tried that.
The thing is, it still says it's Lumines in (the UMD I'm using) and not Mercury (the iso I'm trying to load), and I've even tried loading it anyways, but it's still Lumines that starts...
Ok, again... What am I doing wrong?

Where are these directions then? If you mean what Ninkul said, I've done this, but if you mean something else, I just want to say that I'm new on this page, so I might be pretty bad at finding stuff here.
Please don't be a jerk. If you can spend enough energy on complaining, why can't you use that energy to lead me in the right direction instead?
Thank you.

Now I've googled after directions, and done EVERYTHING it tells me, but it's STILL not working!
You sure this doesn't all have something to do with the fact that I'm using a 1.00 and not a 1.50 psp?

try changing the settings in umd emu to direct load then start the iso see if that works

If I change to direct load, it freezes up on me, and nothing happens.
So that doesn't work either... /o=

You were right earlier, you need a 1.5 (afaik).
I take it you used PSPbrew or something to merge the 1.5 FXEs?
That's what I did for my 1.0 and I can't get it to work either.
So you can either upgrade to 1.5 (which I am hesitating to do atm), or you can hope and wait that a 1.0 version will be released or hacked.
I'm surprised there is none already - unless I have missed something.

K, thanks for the help, pubjoe. I guess I'll upgrade mine then, at least.

no no no no no no, you are all dumb, except medafor, READ THE README, IT CLEARLY STATES, "THIS IS FOR 1.5 PSP ONLY" so go get the 1.5 psp firmware and upgrade...
