Hey guys

I have a 4gb pro duo running a few psx isos on 3.03 oe-c. However, when I go to save, the "save" choice is greyed out because there's no ps one memory CARD (not memory stick pro duo, CARD). I can't do save state because Sony didn't build it in to their emulator.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please help.

Note: I'm not sure if Hot shots 2 has anything to do with saving but the readme said i didn't need Keys.bin so I figured I didn't need any part of HS2 and therefore didn't get it.

Thanks!

You need the Keys.bin file in order to save. It shouldnt be in Hot Shots 2, but it should come with the game download.

Where did you get this download from?

I got it from the snesorama.us boards.

But I figured it was ok since the popstation readme said i didn't need keys.bin to play the game, and apparently i didn't.

Like I said megaman now seems to be saving and Chrono Cross need save points so if I can bear to walk that slowly I may find that the saving works. biggrin.gif

I guess I'll download a couple isos from here, is the keys.bin put in the same folder as the eboot while on the psp?

did you convert it with a program? if so i would recomend icetea, ive converted alot of psx games with that to eboots and worked flawlessly

Any psx eboots that were converted properly should save fine. Obviously no save states, but regular saves should work no problem.
