i use undgen to see and save my cso files.
but how does any body know when your not rippin
the wrong stuff from the game to make it smaller

The only real way is to see if it works.
But as a rule of thumb, you should only rip (remove/relink) files which you that won't be required, such as other language data, trailers/demos for other games, possibly video and audio if you have to.
But if you don't know what it is, don't rip it.

you dont really know, just convert it to a cso, rip some audio / other languages and thats all u can do

there is really no set way to know what coming out just make sure to keep a backup
