It's a question that's always been our minds: why is 300 a PSP exclusive? Certainly, the bigger, badder consoles could do the franchise a bit more justice, no? Well, according to Yahoo!, it simply had to do with time:

"We wanted to do Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but everyone has in mind what they want to do with marketing and everything. By the time they get around to pulling the trigger and they want a day and date with the movie, we ended up with the PSP. I'm completely happy with the game we made. I think it's cool."

It did look a little boring. Like an average beat 'em up game.

Played one beat’ em up played them all!!!
It might appeal to some people but the rest have played Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat!

I think its just the lack of time that made it an exclusive for the psp... but either way ill give it a try.

doesnt anyone else enjoy psp exclusives? i hate when they make an exclusive then port it to a bigger console. (Ie Gta vcs) it just defeats the whole purpose of having a game MEANT for the psp. maybe it's just me. sure i wish 300 was gonna be a rockin' game, and if it was, i would wish it was only for the psp.....maybe im too protective

i don't know... might not have a good impression to me...

yeh, we'll just have to wait and see how it turns out. At least the movie looks sweet though
