Maybe new members should get a pm when they join telling them about leaching and downloading from vip and user downloads etc what ya reckon?

I think it's a good idea; as long as it is phrased well and doesn't scare new users off.
I'm sure that this has been discussed before, but nothing happened about it.

I think this would be a good idea, but as from personally experiances not all of the scripts work some of them are really buggy and dont always send to new people and send it to just random people, but if djp/harry/allsorts have a good one with no bugs then i would say yes
