can some one help is there any emulators for 3.11

That my good friend would be impossible as you need a 1.50 or custom firmware psp to run emulators. You cannot downgrade 3.11 right now since no exploits have been found so you are unfortunately out of luck for now.

yea, ur only hope is to wait a really long time for a downgrader, be patient though, if u want to play homebrew stop upgrading because it only makes it harder to downgrade!

i'll tell you what i did in that situation. i went to walmart and bought a new one (v2.71). got home and put my old one (3.11) back in the new box. then went back to walmart and returned it. One brand new PSP v 2.71 in hand.

I always thought that doing that with Wal-mart was pretty ingenious. They pretty much take back anything anyway.

in singapore - they will ask u to "wait long long" meaning u wait forever also it will not happen..
singapore exchange policy sucks man... 7 days. and it has to be not functioning before they even exchange a new one for u...

3.11 isnt HEN yet

that sucks. walmart will exchange just about anything. if something goes wrong with a current games im playing (scratched, broke, whatever) i go there and exchange it. it doesnt even matter if i didnt buy the game from there.
