I had a psp and can get the net with from across the street which is abouot 200 ft, I am wondering what the max distance is that the adapter can get.

i think the range is about 50 feet, supposely you can go thru two walls or one floor, but it also depends on hot good the hotspot is becuase you can still lag in games like gears of war

my advice is to use it only if you have to but go wired if you can

the wireless range depends on where your xbox is placed like myne its placed in a kinda of closed area so it picks up a few signals arond my house and others ... but when its out in the free it gets fairly lots of signals

Mine goes through almost 4 walls and its about 50 ft from my wireless access point and I have never been kicked off!!
