I can't seem to get ISOs or CSOs to run on my 3.03 OE-B PSP. I made the ISO folder in the root of the memory stick. The ISOs and CSOs run but freezes at a black screen after the Sony thing.

Look, I already told you what you need to do.

Either:
1. Download the game from another source to see if it was a bad iso.
2. Make sure its a psp iso and not a psx iso.
3. Upgrade to OE-C if the problems persist because it fixes some issues that people have had.

OK, I am going to try one more ISO, if it doesn't work I will upgrade to OE-C

lol it prolly doesnt work because you dont have a umd disc on your psp. I think u always need a umd disc in your psp to load cso/iso games.

Did you turn on no-UMD mode? And are you sure you installed your firmware correctly? Where did you get your ISO and your firmwares? Please give us a bit more information than just, it doesn't work. Tell us how you got to where you are. There are just too much questions and answers to your question, a few example would be. Are you using any plugin? Did you change anything in recovery mode? What is the ISO or CSO you are using? Where did you get the ISO/CSO? I can go on forever.
