is xbox 360 worth the price

Whats so funny? lol? anyway i think they are aslong as you use it to the full, for example ppl buy it and think its crap thats cos they only play games against cpu and friends that are next to them, but when you enter xbox live then you fully understand why you bought it

no question, of course it is. Even without xbox live ive had soooo much fun. (I do have xbox live, just saying without it its still great!)

No way , PS3 much better, and more features.

360 is a great buy even if the games suck, you not forced into a hd dvd player and tons of hard drive space, you can always get a dvd player later and the plan on boosting the HD

but intially that HD is going to fill up fast

xbox 360 is well worth it the games are amazing xbox 360 > ps3 in games games anyday but ps3> xbox 360 as far as multimedia .

The 360 has been out longer therefore more games are out. So while youre statement may be true now for many, its bound to change once the ps3 gets rolling.

i don't think its worth the price when it craps out on you after only a month. it should be at least 50 bucks less for the hd version. but that goes without saying that i like my 360. just be sure to buy an extended warranty in the event that yours craps out...glad i did. i don't game on it as much as i'd like, but it does have some great games and xbox live is great and continues to get better. and just like it was said, you don't have to buy into a bluray/hd dvd player, especially if you don't have a 1080p set nor have to buy into a larger hd. live does have a big advantage over sony's attempt, especially when it comes to dl'ing content and being able to play games at the same time. i understand that you can't do that with a ps3 at this time.

The xbox is so worthitt every penny of itt.. youll love itt.....
