I have been posting alot mostly for downloads, and when I checked my status, it says I have yet to post. And I can't upload an avatar it tells me to contact an admin. Is thtis a problem right now or what?

Your post count will not rise as posts made in the download section do not count; this is to clearly identify leechers and not let them get to a higher level or look active. Also, the image your uploading is in the wrong format or in the wrong resolution. Upload it to an image hosting website then use the URL area to upload it.
