Depending how much you are willing to spend.

a 2 gig MS PRo Duo is $141 + shipping (check my 'cheap 2gb' list in the accessories forum)

or a 4 gig MS Pro & adapter is anywhere from $275-$350.

there truly is no one card that you can get and it will never have to buy another one. just about everytime they release one, they start making the next biggest one.

if you wait, im sure we'll get more info on the PSPX, or Neoflash's memory card adapter.

If you truly want something that will hold you off i'd suggest the 4 gig & adapter. it holds a ton of iso's, and at dvd quality, a good 15-20hrs of video.

there is also suppoesedly 8gb and larger to be released

The 8 gig is already out. but most stores dont even have it considering its probably real expensive.

I dont think the 8 gigs out yet but when it is it will cause all the others to drop in price

i doubt it its storage you dont lower the price on a mem stick, since its still the same size, they usually stay the same

The prices may not drop because of the new memory sticks, but flash memory has always been dropping over time. I remember buying a 128MB compact flash card for $64, but now you can get it for like half that price or less.

nah i think that the 1 and 2 gig stick prices will drop after the release of the 4 and 8 giger. just wait for them to come out 1st.

Woow, I only knew about the 2 gig stick. But as I am still amazed that the 1 gig in my pc has to be 8 times as large I am allready happy with my 1 gig in my psp. Maybe the size of the memory in my pc has got something to do with latency.
