Ok, I have 1.5 fw, and im wondering what 3.03 oe-a is, can i downgrade to 1.5 again if i want to? What is so good about 3.03 oe-a? and can i still run cheatdevice for gta vcs if i upgrade?

This question is coming up a lot recently; 3.03 OE is a custom firmware by Dark_AleX.
It combines the features of 3.03 with the homebrew of 1.50 and ISO loading.

You can easily downgrade any to 1.50 again if you want to.

I'm not sure if you can run CheatDevice for GTA: VCS, but I think you can run CWCheat, not sure though (I never cheat).
