its gonna suck for people with people buying psp's in the coming months if they already come preloaded with 2.82 +

need to find and explit in the 3.0 series

but yea great job everyone

anyone thought of an idea of like soldering to the memory and just erasing the memory stick and putting it on there like that ????

might take some real skill but hey its do able and if it worked for newer people that were destined to get it done thne yea ...........

AFAIK, 2.81 cannot be downgraded either.

What do you mean? Surely you don't mean memory stick as that doesn't contain the firmware.
If you mean the flash memory on which the firmware is stored, then you would need some expensive hardware to write to it.

It would cost less just to buy an old (downgradable) PSP second hand.

When I got my first PSP (1.51) there was no way to run homebrew, sooner or later will be the same for those with 2.81 now.
