Nice, and I was expecting it to take much longer for 3.03 to be decrypted.

Essentially it should eventually let 3.03 be emulated by DevHook or made into a 3.03 OE.

for some reason it says it can't re ran. am I doing this right? just formatted my stick and put the % folder in the game folder. gives an error saying game can't be accessed arg.
