Because I thought that it did already.
Or do you mean are there emulators written in flash?

i think he means playing flash games on the xmb..haha...bcoz the flash in internet browser is so weak...

I dont think you need emulators for flash games you can just use them of the game menu but dont trust me on that one i have never tried them.
