is anyone else having trouble with the web browser in 2.82 emulated firmare with devhook .50?
everytime i try to enter an address into the address entry, my psp crashes

Yep, me too, but DevHook 0.51 is out with 3.01 emulated now.

did they fix the web browser bug? im going to stick with .50 for now because 2.82 is working fine with my iso's... online multiplayer and everything

i have heard that the web browser works for most people and that setting the clock speed to 333 doesnt crash the psp anymore
but i cant confirm this as i am lazy and like you said the ISO's are working fine

i couldn't get on wifi on devhook .51 emulatin 3.01 4 a while. u hafta change cpu speed to default. if u do 333mhz or 222mhz it doesn't work, it'll say "an internal error has occurred."

i tried the devhook .51 with firmware 3.02 and it wouldnt load... it froze on the blue firmware recovery screen

juz emulate 2.71...it still contain web browser!!...3.0x is unstable for me...

yep, i also had that problem, so installed 0.51 with 3.02 instead.
or go back 2 0.46 and 2.72
