Nope but might give it a go 
It's like the person never updated their site, it's still dated 2004. 
On october 3rd a PSP emulator that works on both PC & Xbox will be coming out. Im sure PSP-spot will catch up with the other psp news sites in a bit, give em time ;-)

I wanted to give psp-spot a few hours to try and get the story on here, but looks like theyre runnin behind, heres the story:
The no ISO support for xbox is gonna be a pain, he says that the files will be in .umd format. Which means we'll prolly have to convert iso's, or there will be a .umd ripping program, and you'll need to rip from the actual game...

Actually psp-spot posted it awhile ago, it got trashed though. Not sure why though...
Well for one we don't post "works in progress" unless they're from a respectable dev. Thats like me saying I'll post a news post of a psp review coming soon!
