is there anyway of playing psone games on my psp? iv had my psp downgraded and im running devhook perfectly fine. i have playued numerous isos. i was just wondering, if i wanteds to play a psone game, such as metal gear solid, how would i do so? what programme wud i have to put on my psp?if you could help i would greatly appriciate it

There's a PSOne emulator called PSX-P by Yoshihiro.
But it's in its early stages (don't expect games to run well if at all).

that homebrew does work but it emulating the game toooo slow,even if u overclock ur psp to 333mhz..i tried..i noe..therz 1 mre homebrew 4 this..but itz stil in experimnt stage..im waiting 4 tat..

will ps1 emulation ever work well or are slow ass speeds going to be a permanent problem?

i wouldnt expect it to be perfect, but i remember when playin NES games that lagged for a bit, but its fine now

Personally I think reasonably fast speed PS1 emulation on the PSP is still over a year away.

yeah PSX-P loads really slow and it doesnt seem to have any signs of getting updated anytime soon

If you download from reputable sites then you shouldn't need to worry about viruses.
