This might sound a bit stupid, but can someone do an idiots guide to installing fastloader for me?

well first you have to download the program. then open up the fastloader 0.7 folder, you should see ISO, ISOSPLIT PSP, etc) highlight those folders & hit copy/cut, then use a usb cable to connect the psp to the pc (via the little port on the top of the psp), then on the psp main menu scroll left until you get settings, 2nd from top option is usb connection. hit x, then if u have xp the psp's folder should popup, hit paste. yes to overwrite all, and your done.
