.rar is a winrar archive download winrar and open the rar file then extract whats inside it

.rar doesnt play on the psp. go into ur memory, open .rar file using winrar extract the file into the same place before, but this time as an mp4, mp3, jpg ECT and there u go

.rar is like a .zip, just extract it using winrar
