What do you mean "join" ISOs and CSOs?

You can use UMDGen to build ISO or CSO images from the data files.
Just drag the "PSP_GAME" folder and "UMD_DATA.BIN" file into a new file on UMDGen, save it as ISO and convert it to CSO.
