i have a 2.71 TA -802 white psp, and i wanna know if it cna be downgraded, or if a modchip is out
for the TA-802

I assume you mean TA-082, and unfortunately you cannot downgrade at the moment, nor is there a modchip out for TA-082s.

However, you can play some homebrew using the recently released Homebrew Enabler:

actually you could play barely any homebrew..

as dark_alex said taht all homebrews are currently in .ELF format and they need it to be .PRX
