ok i only heared about this yesterday , so let me get this straight , i have to download the bugfix for the downgrader and copy the files from it to my psp BEFORE using the downgrader its self for it to work? (the LITLE downgrader thing)

also where the hell can i get those dump files? i cant find anyone to give me those

Download the original 2.71 downgrader (which includes the 1.5 dump files from here):

Then download the bug fix from here:
http://www.psp-spot.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=27540

Copy the files from the original downgrader to your memory stick as instructed.
Then copy the files from the bug fix, replacing some of the files you just copied to your memory stick.
Then run the downgrader.
