First what firmware do you have?
71buickfreak
2.6
johny 5
u have to first downgrade to 1.5 if u don't have a new motherboard and if u do then there is no way of playing those back

Are you sure you have 2.6 due to the fact that it says 2.0 in the left hand column, anyway you need to degrade first. (to 1.5) if you go to psp-spots download section and then home brew you will find what you need in there, they also come with instructions; oh and there are plenty of topics to help you if you get stuck.

Yes, I am sure I have 2.6. I got the PSP for christmas this year, it that likely for the new motherboard? Will I still be able to play the new games that require 2.6 frimware if i downgrade to 1.5?
ns9
Yes by using Devhook which emulates 2.71 firmware.
mexymelt
where do you get the downgraders?
ns9
Google is your best friend.

I suggest dl. "kyoo- jay" .net (i had to put it this way cos if i type the letters WE TRY TO STEAL PSP-SPOT STAFF and .net together it turns into "WE TRY TO STEAL PSP-SPOT STAFF")
Search for "east 2.6 downdater"

Don't use google, too many fakes.
