I was just wondering whether I could use a ripkit designed for a USA version on a EUR version of a game.
I've noticed that the titles of the ripkits mention the region but does this really matter? Aren't the same bits ripped out of games regardless?

With my experiences, they are region specific. I tried to use a EUR patch on a US version of a game and it didn't work.
