Microsoft has announced that they will release a USB camera for the 360 capable of taking pics and recording short movies(HD req). It will work like the Sony EyeToy but HOPEFULLY with a higher resolution.

I was able to reserver one about a month ago at ebgames for $49.99. It's scheduled to release mid September.
