I was going to donate some money to help out and get download permission but it wont work. It says merchant was unable to recieve any money? need help. i use paypal all the time on ebay?

Seeing as how your group status hasn't changed, I'm guessing that you still haven't gotten this sorted out. Have you tried sending a PM to one of the admins? Not Moderators...they won't be able to help with this, but maybe if you PM djp, he can shed some light...
