Here is the new extraction tool used on newer games like Outrun 2006.

$ony has compiled all the files into one big file called All.PSP so you cant decrypt and rebuild the file and iso to get it working.

BUT now you can !! Grab it HERE go play and report back your results.

Outrun 2006 : Changing PRX for non decrypted didnt work. but i hope someone else can try.

lol, there has to be someone on the inside who's leaking this info to the the homebrew scene, there's no possible way that every new encryption that sony releases is cracked within a month without help.
