is the upgrade saved on the psp or the memory stick? if i buy a new memory stick will i have 2.0 back? or still 2.6 because its saved to my psp and not my memory stick?

lol it upgrades the flash files inside the psp not the memory stick.. if u buy a new psp it will stil hav the same fireware versin lol

LOL. that's what i thought of my psp when i had recently bought the 1 Gbyte valuse pack. when i went to buy a new memory stick i though it would have version after 2.0 which then would mean i can't play homebrew games on my psp. so i actually had drpeed the idea. a friend of mine corrected me. i felt kind of silly.

well at least you can get a downgrade for the 2.0. I can't because i dropped my psp twice and it died, but i got another one.......thats in 2.1 and i cant downgrade it
