I have JP PSP with firmware 1,0.
Since i can't run those iso file. I think about to upgrade 1,5.
Or is it better to leave it and just run 1,0????

I've got a v1.00 as well, but I'm gonna wait for a few days to see if there will be an v1.00 compatible iso launcher. If not, maybe I will update, maybe not. But to me it seems there's quite a few games out that require 1.5 firmware.

What reason do you have to stay with 1.0? Is there anything left that 1.0 can do that 1.5 can't? I don't think so. I say update.

Upgrade to 1.5 you have more games available to you, and you can use fastboot.

Well, I've seen Coded Arms and other games requiring 1.5 running on a 1.0.... So there goes that whole not being able to play games argument out the window... What advantages do you really have by staying with 1.0? No corrupted icons? Those are easy to just push down and have at the bottom. Hey, I have no problem with 1.0 I just noticed that psp devs usually come out with their stuff for 1.5 now that the 1.0 is a dieing breed.... So.. it's your pick... Either way you got your homebrew so you can't go wrong...

I've decided not to upgrade for now. The new hookboot util is out today and it seems they've added extra features to play 1.50 specific games on a 1.00. Will test this a bit today. Call me nostalgic...

if i was u i would upgrade to ver1.5 cause it can do everythin and more than ver1.0, but i aint in ur position...i bought a ver1.51 on accident so i have 2 spend *cough* over £25 4 1 game

im in a shitty position aswell cause ive dl-ed almost all the games with launchers,
im really waitin 4 sum1 like huma kavala to hack up ver1.51!
