have anyone tried the Hori clear screen protector? my friend bought the Pelican one and it isn't that good. after you stick it on, it views like your looking thru a screen door, like a slight haze. i heard the Hori brand is alot better and is actually CLEAR. have anyone tried it out?

No personal experience with 'em, but I've heard others swearing off Hori in some of the other forums. I have the Pelican one and, yeah, there's that hazing that kinda bugs... but it did go on like a charm the first time, no bubbles or nothin'. Then I f'd it up by taking it off and getting little pieces of fuzz stuck to it... tried washing, still have lots of bubbles. Have to just buy a new one sooner or later.
Moral of this story: if it works, don't f@#$ with it.

I have the Hori, fits nicely and seems tough, but the transparency is awful (it is especially noticeable at the "Home" screen), but it is probably the best for now, keep looking though

If you get the HORI on right, it looks awesome. But unfortunately, I have messed up 3 times, so now Im back to my fuzzy pelican. Im used to it now.

well time to get some hori screens
I ordered 3 Javoedge Ultraclear 2.0 screen protectors last Tuesday and got them on last Friday. You can get them from www.javoedge.com.
Anyhow the installation was very easy, just make sure you clean all the dust and whatnot off the screen of your PSP. The screen protectoer actually goes on more than just your screen, it covers most of the front of the PSP, with cutouts for the D-pad and buttons. I really can't tell that anything has been applied to the screen, it's so freaking clear.

Another plus is, it can be reapplied if you need to do so, with minimal hassle.

Is it better than Hori? I have the Hori but my PSP is already scratched so I can't be bothered using it. Unless I get my hands on someone elses busted PSP and buy their cover hehe.
I'm not entirely sure, as I haven't seen any of the Hori screen protectors yet.

I have used both hori and madcatz and I found hori to be the better of the two.

Not that I've used anything else, but I've got a Hori on mine and I'm pretty happy with it. Piece of cake to apply (as long as you engage brain when you look at the pictures and work out which side is which), and clarity is pretty good, doesn't make much difference to the image at all.
There's the ones Boxwave does as well, no idea if they're any good:
http://www.boxwave.com/products/cleartouch...ble-psp_556.htmhttp://www.boxwave.com/products/cleartouch...ble-psp_556.htmTheir site disagrees on its own pricing. Main page says $8.95, the product page says $10.95.
They do a bunch of other semi-useful PSP things as well. Their cables are quite handy.

so far i can see that the hori is very clear and easy to apply, ive ordered the martins oversheild and it should come soon, ill give my feedback later on.
The way i treat my PSP it seems as though i will need to get lots of protectors so ill also leave my feedback for those later on

well, when you try to consider the "ultimate" screen ProTecTor - then the Logitech one has everyone beat Hands down, since it's 1/16" lexan/plexi clip on screen protector has to protect the screen quite well
infact i have an extra one for sale

pM if anyone needs it

I have a Martin Field's one. I haven't seen a Hori, but I don't think it can be much better (if at all) than the MF.
